An additional amount of $25 per
day per person (min two nights) will apply for any individual above the number of people.
Prices included cleaning services
at the end of your stay,
linen and towels for the bathrooms. We supply fire wood.
For insurance, hygienic and
allergy-control reasons, smoking
inside the Villas
and pets
on the site
are prohibited.
Payment schedule :
If you must cancel your reservation for any
reason, we will attempt to re-book the same property for the same time
period. If this attempt is successful, you will receive all amount paid.
If this attempt is unsuccessful, all amount paid will be forfeited.
A security deposit check
of $750 for damage is
required.. The check will be return during the week
following the rental.
