Winter environment :

The lake St-François-Xavier' Villas are surrounded by cross-country ski trails.  Morin-Heights cross-country ski club track sets the 9 kilometers on the Aerobic Corridor between Morin-Heights and Montfort.   Just walking a few feet outside the Villas, the Viking ski club offers more than 50 kilometers of perfect cross-country skiing in the woods.

Snowshoe  trails are also close by the Villas for a nice walk in the woods and on the mountain.
