This large chalet has 7 bedrooms with the following features:

-3 bedrooms with a queen size bed, a double sofa bed and a full private bathroom.
-1 bedroom with queen size bed and a full private bathroom.
-1 bedroom with queen size bed and 2 bedrooms with double size bed sharing a large full bathroom.

The capacity of this Villa is 18 people. It can also accommodate up to 30 people for meals and activities for customers also wishing to rent Villa 2 on our domain.

The central rooms and some bedrooms offer a superb view of the lake. A screened porch is located at the front of the Villa.

The fully equipped kitchen has three refrigerators, a 36-inch cooktop, two ovens, two dishwashers, a microwave, and a commercial coffee maker.

The Villa has a large living room with fireplace, a very sunny room with a multifunction table (Chess, Scrabble, Monopoly). On the ground floor there is also a games room with billiards, ping-pong table and baby foot table.

For the summer, the Villa has a private dock with pedal boats, canoes, and kayaks. Swimming is very pleasant here. There is a horseshoe game on the ground.

For winter, there is a slide on site and direct access to snowshoe and cross-country ski trails.
