This large chalet has 10 bedrooms with complete private bathrooms.

They all have a queen size bed and 3 of the bedrooms also have a double sofa bed. A fourth sofa-bed is in the living room of the conference room, out of sight. The capacity of this Villa is 24 people.

Large central rooms, some bedrooms and a large, screened-in veranda offer a superb view of the lake.

The large fully equipped kitchen has three refrigerators, a large gas stove, four ovens, two dishwashers, a microwave, and a commercial coffee maker.

The Villa has a billiard room with fireplace and multifunction table (Chess, Scrabble, Monopoly). On the ground floor there is also a games room with a large bar (mini fridge), table tennis and baby foot table.

For the summer, the Villa has a private wharf with pedal boats, canoes, and kayaks. Swimming is very pleasant here. There is a horseshoe game on the terrain.

For winter, there is a slide on site and direct access to snowshoe and cross-country ski trails.
